Comment/Description

This course focuses on teaching students how to write effective legal memoranda, covering essential skills for legal analysis, persuasive communication and decision-making. Participants will learn how to assess legal problems by carefully evaluating facts, statutes, and case law, and then present their findings clearly through well-organized legal memos. The course covers key techniques of persuasion and guidance on how to use triggers, evidence, and powerful quotes to strengthen legal arguments and emphasizes how to present legal arguments concisely and professionally.
