| Sonstiges | This research colloquium is intended for students planning to write their BA theses in the field of anglophone literature. It is designed to help them develop their research projects, addressing the different aspects of thesis writing as well as the challenges that might arise in the course of this process, such as the development of their research questions, a robust methodology, a clear structure and chapter outlines, bibliographical research and citation. Students will be given the opportunity to present their work and to get feedback on their ideas. Key theoretical and methodological approaches will be discussed where they prove relevant for students’ work, and we will also look at formal issues. We will also analyse literary examples and scenes from films to help you hone your analytical skills and connect analysis with the context of a larger research question. |
