Comment/Description

This lecture will focus on educating students in these areas:
• Basic knowledge: We will provide an overview of the most established concepts in the theory and practice of organizing and human resource management.
• Methodological knowledge: Students will be taught to critically challenge existing concepts and to apply them to situations stemming from the business world.
Transfer knowledge: Students will learn to use existing concepts to solve unstructured situations related to organizing and human resource management.
