Lerninhalte:
- Grundbegriffe und Grundlagen der Qualitätswissenschaft
(Qualitätsbegriff, Qualitätskreis, Quality Function Deployment, House of Quality)
- Grundlagen der Stochastik (Wahrscheinlichtkeitstheorie und Statistik)
- Werkzeuge und Methoden der Qualitätswissenschaft in der Fertigung (Abnahmeprüfungen, Fähigkeitsuntersuchungen, statistische Prozesslenkung, Prüfmittelmanagement)
- Qualitätsmanagement in Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Prozessplanung (statistische Versuchsplanung (Design of Experiments), Fehlermöglichkeits- und Einflussanalyse)
- Strategische und organisatorische Konzepte (Total Quality Management, Qualitäts-managementsysteme nach DIN EN ISO 9000ff.)
- Spezielle Aspekte des Qualitätsmanagements (Juristische und ökologische Aspekte)
- Six-Sigma
